Mumbai got its Thursday quota of thunder shower. Santa Cruz measured 32 mms and Colaba 3.2 mms, vagaries 3.5 mms all till 8.30 pm Thursday in 12 hrs.
Friday:Mumbai: Thunder shower expected on Friday. Some parts may get heavy shower. Average rainfall around 25 mms.
Saturday:Mumbai: Saturday may see a thunder shower in some parts of the city.
Sunday: Mumbai: Partly cloudy skies, few showers in parts of city. Rain around 5-7 mms
The parched regions of Marathwada is getting thunder showers since the last 3 days. Osmanabad which received good 85 mms yesterday again got another 12 mms in the day on Thursday, taking the seasonal total to 310 mms( 233 mms below normal). Nanded got 19 mms and Parbhani 6 mmms overnight. Thursday, as expected, Vidharbh did not get any rains.
Solapur (Madhya Mah) received 30 mms in 9 hrs till 5.30 pm. Ratnigiri got 45 mms in 12 hrs ended 8.30 pm IST on Thursday.
N.I. Karnataka got very heavy rains, with Kalaburgi getting 64 mms and Raichur 61 mms. Vijayapura 51 mms, Hukkeri 50 mms and Bagalkote got 31 mms.
Good overnight rains in Chennai, with Air Port receiving 35 mms and Nungabakkam 48 mms...
Hyderabad received heavy showers on Wednesday afternoon, getting 45 mms in a short span of 3 hrs.
S.W. Monsoon likely to withdraw from West U.P. and Delhi around 14th September.
Further Withdrawal may become slow if BB-6 makes way inland .
BB-6 should form off Odisha coast by Sunday 13th.

Kolkata: Chance of a thunder storm on Friday. Days around 34c.
Chennai: showers on Friday amounting to around 20-25 mms expected. Rains intensity decreasing from Saturday.

Heavy showers in Coastal A.P. and Southern Odisha.
Rains maintain a low intensity in Madhya Maharashtra, with some isolated thunder showers in some regions. North Konkan maintains its thunder shower intensity on Saturday.

Heavy showers in Odisha.
Thunder showers in Konkan and Madhya Maharshtra continue, but again, less than Saturday in distribution.

As predicted by Vagaries, Hyderabad is getting good showers in last 3-4 days. I hope it will continue few more days. Else, this monsoon will turns out to be worst in recent decades.
Vidarbha posts bumper Kharif crop - in fact one of the best in recent years !!!! Vidarbha did receive good rains (normal to excess)
