Land Depression:
The Deep Depression over Kutch is likely to track South/South-West and emerge into the North East Arabian sea off Kutch and South Pakistan Coast.
Now, the interesting part;
With favourable conditions of SST at 28/29c, High vertical Wind shear and equatorial outflow, and estimated pressure to be at 992 mb,
System can possibly intensify into a (moderate) cyclone, maybe for a 6\10 hrs only.
The cyclone and system would track West/South -West, away from the Indian Coast.

The rare land-based deep depression over Gujarat that has resulted in torrents of rain and flooding across the state is likely to emerge into the Arabian Sea by the morning of August 29 and intensify marginally while moving away from the coast on August 30, according to the latest update by the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
The IMD has not specified if the system would intensify into a tropical cyclone or not.
