Even NorthEast states are not receiving way Maharashtra is receiving monstrous continuous torrential rains - If bay low next week enters MAHA then this will be disastrous.
What is the Mumbai lakes water level ?
Meanwhile in north heatwaves make a come back.Navdeep dahiya reported Delhi cross 41℃. Churu@ 45℃
bhatsa filled over 45 pc
modak sagar, vihar and tulsi are better placed to over flow. Others are still less than 50 percent, need a lot of rain
Heat index above 50℃ in parts of NCR.
What is the forecast for Mumbai? The rains are very heavy since early morning today at Juhu, my personal guess is 6 hrs rainfall starting from 6:30 am till now (12:30 pm) should be 50 - 75 mms, the full day rain should cross 200 mms at this rate. This season the rains in Mumbai have been unyielding, its been raining and raining ever since the Monsoon set over the city.
Rajesh doesnt give forecast update almost daily as used to be. Not the same site.
