Very good coverage about TN TEM in "Prdeep page" -good articulation. But myself disagree - with 2-3 years of consequtive NEM failures and instead of hoping better next time, it is high time weather scientist probe deeper into reasons for weakening of NEM and its disastrous impact over SE India, Sri Lanks.
