Have the weather dynamics changed? Today was supposed to be a rainy day in Mumbai but so far (3:30 pm) it has been dry and in fact right now sunny at Juhu. IMD too has issued a Red coloured alert over Konkan & Goa including Mumbai. I could personally observe that a large convective cloud mass that was very close to Mumbai in fact moved away into the sea in a WNW direction. What is in-store for Mumbai & surroundings?
