I still feel monsoon is overall normal for Konkan. SWM 2020 had extreme rains over south Konkan. Below are figures taken from vagaries - http://www.vagaries.in/2019/06/

SWM 2020 June (mm)
Amboli 2016
Patgaon 1500
Gaganbawada 1500
Kitwadi 1280

SWM 2019 June (mm)
Amboli 713
Patgaon 905
Gaganbawada 894
Kitwadi 517

SWM 2020 almost 2 times SWM 2019 for June
