Will the offshore trough activate with new low in bay of bengal giving much needed rains to mumbai and gujarat or would it beca dry september for us.

Bay low and western disturbances may lead to torrential rains over central,northern,MAHA,RAJ... this may lead to delay in SWM withdrawal. Not good for NEM over SE India..
