I would suggest forming a forum consisting the writers of these India Weather blogs that Pradeep has put up. It could also include a few interested people who understand and share the passion for Metereology. The forum (though informal) could be a platform for exchange of ideas / thoughts, can publish small white papers. India needs a lot of research, study and understanding of the science of Metereology. IMD obviously does not have the mandate nor the inclination to get into all this.

I have NOT been writing much in my blog too. But on seeing the response I determine to remain posted my ideas in my blog.
