Can we say other suburbs like Borivali Kandivali Mulund Vikhroli will be having higher annual rainfall than Santacruz.

Vinod.. It cannot be taken as a thumb rule. The figures will vary from year to year.
Since these suburbs readings do not have a lingt database, I would not jump to a conclusion.
