Climate change is very evident. Entire MAHA,GUJ,RAJ,Central India more rains and wetter. 2013 monsoon started in june 01 itself. 2014 seems to override 2013 - rain clouds feb itself...navi mumbai glorious weather - heavy clouds hanging over dense green hills....Agree with Rohit Mumbai is having scottish climate!!!

Southern India heading for worst drought. Entire SE India 3 years of monsoon failure..Water reserves over TN have goon very low that too before summer itself .. wait till rains end of 2014 december. Desert conditions in south is becoming very evident.

Badlapur had 10mins of moderate rain and 50mins of drizzling between 12pm to 3pm today. So it was nice cool winter rain today. Silent rain
and low level clouds were giving monsoonish rain feeling..

Am not reporting on Mumbai sadly; still, at Kathmandu, it has been cloudy and light drizzle every now an then from yesterday. Yesterday it was 7 mms of rain, today it would be around that again. and its cool- max temp has not climbed above 15 from y'day. and tomorrow is forecast to be rainy too. It has certainly been many years that in the winter there has been three continuous days of cloudy rainy weather.
