what does this mean for the weekend temperatures in Mumbai
Will it be hot and dry as predicted earlier
or the movement of the trough if any will make weather any better
wish Mumbai has good weather or may be some rain to clear this ugly dust

Ameya:
The trough was also forecasted and is not a surprise.
Mumbai forecast is valid as given yesterday. Rains may be restricted to south. Details in yesterday's blog..

Cmdr Potey: I do remember such a dust storm in Mumbai, in '74 or '75. Unfortunately, i did not keep a record of it then. But, i do remember seeing it myself from Marine Drive, and it was in February. Sorry, not accurate on the year.
Ananth: Seems so with international reports.
