J&K Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has just tweeted about losses to power and houses due to heavy winds, seems this is also part of the WD combined with unsettled weather due to Dust Storm
sudden dust haze covered the atmosphere here in delhi since noon....too irritating and too early for this time of year...is it also related to middle east dust storm, Rajesh?
