18th Monday..A day of continuing widespread rainfall, especially in the pre evening session...Rainfall recorded at Scruz

from 8.30 am - 8.30 pm was 129 mms and 55 mms at Colaba.

[Santacruz total from start of Monsoon = 1992 mms.( till 8.30 pm of 18th). If include May, when the Monsoon set in, add 387 mms ,annual = 2379 mms.] 

The Annual Rainfall total is achieved today as Normally Scruz gets 2373 mms annually. With another 80-120 mms expected on Tuesday, rainfall will be adding to surplus.

With More rains expected on 19th, we can expect localised flooding and heavy spells of frequent rainfall. 

Rainfall decreasing on 20th Wednesday.

Frequent showers can be expected in Pune on 19th/20th. with around 50-70 mms in 2 days, expect a Cool day.

Very Heavy rainfall expected in Ghats .
