2023 no heat wave over Maharashtra Gujarat Rajasthan but still cyclone biparjoy dumped extreme rains over Gujarat Rajasthan and drought over kerala karnataka....Gujarat received excess 2023 SWM. Heat theory for good SWM is bit confusing.....
