Will the current dry spell in North India merge with an early withdrawal or there is still hope of some rain in September?

Hi Rajesh, Are we looking at early monsoon withdrawal .. most of the north looks quite dry with 200 winds changing direction... If this happens rainfall will be less than usual for his year and not good overall...
