Max..."and if i am not forgetting anything, this is the first time in history of India , when an all time record highest temperature (or lowest, whatever all time record) is recorded in October.
Well, our friend rajesh has been following Indian weather for more than 40 years and this is something new for him as well.

and it's mid Oct not start of October.
Very weird. This heatwave is a real freak. completely out seasonal"
