Heavy rains, thunders over Navi Mumbai yesterday midnight. Exceptional 2014 year - MAHARASHTRA received rain almost every month - Had pre-monsoon,monsoon,post-monsoon (SWM,NEM).
Wondering active Arabian sea during NEM period is not good for TamilNadu,Andhra. As per IMD many places in TN are in deficient zone. NEM surrents fail to reach Rayalseema - anantapur is in worst drought.
