Occasional showers next week till Ganesh Visarjan

Next week, 25th -29th, Mumbai can expect showers and thundershowers to continue.These late season waning rains will be heavy in particular areas of the city. Resulting in un- even figure distribution, with occasional sunny periods. 

Mumbai monsoon will continue till around 10th October. 

Mumbaikars have not to worry about rains deficiency. Colaba IMD Station has already received 423 mms and Santacruz IMD 387 mms till 24th September. 

So no worries for September rainfall ,which normally should be 383 mms.

With more rains expected this September,  Mumbai rains will be in excess for the month.
