31st Morning:Some drizzles/light showers being reported in parts of Mumbai/Navi Mumbai, Thane and Palghar districts.
Western Disturbance effect - strong trough in mid-latitude westerlies dipping south, cyclonic circulation north of Rajasthan, and lot of moisture transport.
Trough in 850 hPa also seen across east-central India.
Some showers/thunderstorms likely in parts of Vidarbha region and along the trough line.
