Nomenclature used by www.tropicalstormrisk.com is more usable. Presently it is a Tropical Depression upgraded from Tropical Storm. Next scale is CAT 1 which 04 wont achieve. In IMD nomenclature it may attain Cyclone status from present depression status in 24 hours time.
