Thanks Akshay. Your support and your personal efforts towards meteorology and space physics is bound to take you to great heights. You are young, and have still a long way to go !

We would also like to congratulate Vagaries of Weather, This blog is very informative, always to the point, such blogs are hard to find especially here in the sub-continent. Best of luck in the future!

I fully agree with PWP.

Rajesh had a couple of brief moderate showers this afternoon. It was very hot today and yesterday too. Rajesh is it hot because of the approaching low near Gujarat ?

Thanks sridhar, hope i dont let you down -:)
sset: M'shwar is 5832 mms and Cherrapunji 5216 mms !
Pavan, thanks for your good wishes and support.
PWP; Thanks for your support and encouragement. Vagaries is still small as compared to PWP though.
PWP has a wider base and readership.

Tyrone :thanks..doing my best.

Firstly, the heat today ? Nothing to do with AS-2. I have mentioned the low has fizzled out and merged with the seasonal low...heat is due to the North winds in KHI today..till evening it was N..and then turned East ans SE. Today was 38c, that's 7c above !

I think, vagaries has predicted rain tom.after a dull week end.

1 Lakh visitors!! That speaks for itself, let me take this opportunity to Congratulate you Rajeshbhai on your fantastic blog. Way to go!! I am sure these numbers will only surge upwards.

Personally, I am a big fan of your blogs and look forward to an update nearly everyday especially during the SWM period. Your knowledge about Metereology is very good, combined with your passion for this subject.

Wish you all the very best and keep blogging. For starters what will be the weather over Mumbai in the next 2-3 days :-)
