Weather outlook from 27th to 30th June.

Monsoon can cover the entire country in next 2-3 days.

Rains to continue over the western Himalayan States of Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh - avoid travel in these areas due to the threat of landslides/mudslides. 


Due to west coast offshore trough and Bay low BB-3 over Chhattisgarh/east Madhya Pradesh region, Monsoon to remain active over the west coast, parts of Madhya Pradesh and eastern parts of Gujarat during the next 3-4 days. 

Gujarat: Areas like Valsad, Surat, Baroda, Bharuch and parts of Saurashtra can get heavy rains over next 2-3 days. Ahmedabad region can get moderate rain/thundershowers.

Vidarbha region districts can see moderate rain with some heavy showers in few areas for next 2 days. 

Mumbai: Active monsoon conditions to continue with 50-80 mm rainfall. Intensity can be higher during 28th-30th June, when daily rainfall can cross 100 mm. 
Lakes at a low Storage at 6.5% of capacity.

Pune: The usual Pune monsoon weather is expected with light to moderate showers. Pleasant weather with max around 26-27C. 

Kerala can see some moderate-heavy rain for next 2 days as offshore trough to remain active along the coast.
