Heavy rains lash Aurangabad on Friday ( Airport recording 51 mms in 9 hrs till 5.30 pm) as some areas in the city were water logged.
This as the Monsoon moves into South Konkan, Vidharbh and Marathwada.
Monsoon moving in first into interior Maharashtra before North Konkan..not happening frequently, generally simultaneous...as BB-2, now moving West and extending to 850 levels...(NLM map on Saturday)

Monsoon can advance into North Konkan and South Gujarat by Sunday ..

Hello sir...is this a seperate system forming in Arabian sea beside BoB low? Do we have any chance of rain here in Karachi?

Rajesh sir as per ur predction rain was suppose to increase from 12 Jun in Mumbai still no rain since Mumbai any view on this how much rain will be there for mumbai in this system

Last year there were many thunderstorm days in Mumbai. There use to be lightning and thunder whenever it rained even in July and August. Was it because Arabian sea was More active last year. This year till date not even a single Thunderstorm before Monsoon Onset yet.
