Post 18th May afternoon:

The Arabian Sea will host a Low off the Goa coast around the 23rd/24thof May. Proir to that, the off shore (seasonal) trough will strengthen along the West Coast. 

The UAC flowing in from the Bay into Peninsula India from 20th , will track through the Southern Peninsula from 20th - 24th, and emerge as a low in the Arabian Sea around 24th.

Mumbai: Rains ⛈20th - 25th:  ⛈Pre Monsoon Showers expected: Cooler daytime temperatures.

20th - 23rd: Variable cloudiness and daily Rain and thundershowers will occur by afternoon/Evening. Rains may be moderate and could be upto 10/15 mms per day.

24th/25th: Rainfall intensity and frequency increasing as heavy thunder showers expected. Parts of city can get rainfall exceeding 35-40 mms.
