Vag. Gokul :Latest monthly (Nov) rainfall outlook for southern Indian NE monsoon is out from IMD. Kerala and South TN shown to have above normal rainfall probabilities and remaining parts with below normal rainfall probabilities. Nov being the primary rainfall month for TN.
