My district (Erode) average rain for this NEM(from Oct-IMD data) till 6th is at 280 mm. But we received only 180 mm(-36%). My town received lesser than that.Coastal regions received better rain, this compensated state average. Interiors received very less rain only. Last 2 years drought, again deficiency. Lost all hope.
