A situation that arises once in a century...
All the projects and reservoirs in AP and Telangana got independence from Human usage..Literally all major projects dried up..
Worst drought for Kurnool chittor Nellore Prakasam Anantapur Godavari delta Hyderabad Rangareddy Medak Mahaboobnagar Nalgonda....Tirupati and kadapa is under major drought as all the local dams and also no water from srisailam this year

Thanks for the data, shows how poor this monsoon season has been so far, very sad figures. If available can you post the data for Surlabhi, Shantalli, Kuduremukh in Karnataka and Wayanad in Kerala.

Again WEST RAJ received very good rains - as per IMD it was vigorous today !!! No probability of withdrawal. Vidarbha Nagpur almost near 900 mm performing quite well few more spells will cross 1000 mm but if we add good pre-monsoon april/may rains it will be still more. Meanwhile after 3 months of rain .. Navi Mumbai skies bright with sun on and off...birds again back to happy days...

Thanks again Rohit for all the trouble, looking at the figures it's a very dire situation with peak monsoon season over. This is bound to precipitate water wars between KA&TN in summer months. Praying for a miraculous turnaround.

Anoop: No particular reason that i see of Palam getting much more rains...it just happens to come in the "line of thunder clouds' as they form and travel...
