Badlapur is totally overcast and having dark cloudy from early morning with continues NW/N breeze..
But non of the satellite image showing any clouding around Mumbai ??
In all probability this looks like a short winter this season. The WDs have started dipping south so fast as to reach Mumbai. Expected this by mid Jan to end.
