Abhijit Modak asks:Rajesh Sir : Can we say that BB-13 remnant pulses moved west and emerge to form LWD on western ghats !

A pulse basically is the rush of moist air escaping from a active or "dead" system. Moist air speeds can be high at sea level or at 850, 700 levels. Now, when theses meet proper conducive situations like a trough or a favourable where a thermal or convective heat can form a low, this very quickly form a low or UAC.

In case of BB-13, East winds are moist, and a favourable UAC over AP and a LWD trough along the interiors can form a low in southern Mah or nearby areas.
