Uttrakhand rainfall figures are really massive.UK average rainfall for state as a whole for 19 oct was 122.4 mm 110 times more than normal! Mind boggling for a north Indian state.
Uk is a hill state not a plain and this massive rains would have caused lot of landslides too.
