When to expect relief from this early summer?
That is good news.
After long long term Mumbai MAHA is seeing raise in temperatures sun badly required.
Since june MAHA battered with 6 months of torrential rains starting with cyclones, then followed long cold winter.
It is always normal few weeks of March MAHA konkan and Mumbai sees highest temperatures. After that it falls down. In fact in peak summer MAHA Konkan cooler than now.

This year Maharashtra has not had a proper winter. Temperature have been way above normal.
Your description of this winter as "long cold winter" cracked me up.
