How does rest of july look for mumbai and konkan. Also my native in north gujarat has not received much rains since start of monsoon. Last year was a dry year and same till now. Do we see some positive news for that region.
It's dry with deep blue skies in Kerala. Seem High pressure dominating with wind pattern N-S
Why monsoon is so much cruel over Gangetic West Bengal & Kerala? Both are large defficient so far.
