Mumbai: Lakes supplying water to Mumbai, all 7 lakes are just 139 Mcum short of their fullest levels. The total storage today stands at approximately 1308 Mcum (90% full). Rainfall intensity likely to increase around Mumbai region from Thursday 27th July.
BB-5 and BB-6 persist..though we see BB-5 weakening now.

Hope you are doing great.
What are your thoughts on break monsoon conditions during August. It was mentioned in some news article.
Also for marathwada what is the forecast.
Vinod: Thanks. With BB-5 and BB-6 in line, i dont expect any break monsoon conditions this week.Both systems persist. Break monsoon, when the axis moves Northwards , may be expected after about 8-10 days. Marathwada will not see any meaningful or significant increase in rains this week.
Sir...as in how much rain would it give for BB6 to Mumbai...you didn't mention the average rainfall...from Thursday till Saturday I guess..

Mount Abu battering continued for 4th day also.. Mount Abu 324 mms ending 8:30 am today so 1831 mms in last 3 days .Seasonal total on 2725 mm which is above normal by +2155 mms !
