Cyclone Senyar Breaks All Rules — A Bay of Bengal Cyclone Reappears in the Pacific!

A very rare event: The remnants of Cyclone Senyar, which formed earlier in the extreme Southeast Bay of Bengal, have re-emerged in the western Pacific as a tropical depression. In a normal scenario, cyclones from the Bay of Bengal do not travel into the western Pacific Ocean.
