u did predict the strong sw winds..but my question is why??there has to be some negative pressure somewhere right???or just some direction change in winds??
strong winds are due to the close isobars, that is different pressure lines. If you see the IMD MSLPA chart, the presssure lined from 998 mb to 1004 mb are very close to each other over the arabian Sea. Hence stronger winds estimated, hence more clouding over the seas.
