We used to see averages for 1951-2000 and now it is referring to 1961-2010 NORM till SWM 2018 as against 1951-2000 NORM begining SWM 2019 at IMD website

@ Rawat this is the reason why average is changed ( 889-890 MM as aginst 880.6 MM) for J J A S Season, though I am not the auhtority to comment on this, Rajesh sir will be in the best position.NilaY Wankawalahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01044520060781153252noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31136724.post-66506818306377645092019-10-01T08:05:07.181+05:302019-10-01T08:05:07.181+05:30Excellent data compilation and timing! Amagaon a few years back if I remember and hulikal getting close.

Hopefully Pradeep John will pitch in too with all India high scoring stations(curious about Cherra as well as heavy weights from south; pretty sure they will all be below the top 5 in Maharashtra)RaghuNhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09644837862149881954noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31136724.post-6247169858587076522019-09-30T20:49:31.959+05:302019-09-30T20:49:31.959+05:30Fastest update anywhere.. However, t...Great data. Thanks, Abhijit and Tejas.

However, the dates in Point # 2 are inconsistent. If we're taking June 29th and September 5th (which is correct as per IMD's 8.30am recordings the following day), then the other dates should be July 2nd, July 27th and August 4th. I think Times of India also misreported this.Avtanshhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03154465452573891141noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31136724.post-15702966486803908902019-09-30T18:04:23.146+05:302019-09-30T18:04:23.146+05:30Where as IMD has not yet updated TRF till 30.09.20...Where as IMD has not yet updated TRF till 30.09.2019 ALL OVER INDIA (Agreed They have a tough task) , we had great work done by vagarians ABHIJIT, TEJAS WITH INPUTS FROM RICHA PINTO TOI- Thanks to all of them who cosistently kept us informed and updated- Rajesh sir being always prompt to share his expert experience in forecasting on the blog-

ALL OVER INDIA TRF showing 956.1 mm till 29.09.2019, since 2010, this season will be the first to clock max amount of TRF till 30.09.2019 in last 10 years, the highest previous being 2013 SWM 937.4 MM.(SOURCE IMD)NilaY Wankawalahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01044520060781153252noreply@blogger.com
