It has touched every part of India step by step. I know North West and North East India have lagged behind probably but I suppose that is exactly Vagaries of Weather as you term the blog. But overall for the country, I hope there is enough water especially for the agriculture sector. Most farmers should be happy I think barring some regions of scanty rainfall.
