A WD , due to its Southward trough, normally brings strong dry and cold NNW winds down from the North into Gujarat, MP and Maharashtra. As soon as the WD moves away, the trough lingers for a day, and fizzles out. So, we can expect the NNW winds to continue for a day or two after the actual WD.
Then, normally, sudden east winds set in, and warm up the west coast. The lingering trough over MP extended the Northerly winds beyond time on the 10th and 11th, bringing a fall in day and night temps along the Konkan and Gujarat.

Vagaries recorded a max of 24.4c on Saturday.
